International Conference on Sustaianble Development & Engineering-2023 ICSDE-2023 will take place in the Islamic University, Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf, (IRAQ), during 29-30, October 2023. ICSDE – 2023 seeks submissions presenting novel contributions related to all real-world aspects build a more positive and sustainable work culture, engineers play an important role in sustainable development by planning and building projects that preserve natural resources, are cost-efficient and support human and natural environments. Theoretical papers must make a convincing case for the relevance of their results to practice. Authors are encouraged to write the abstract and introduction of their paper in a way that makes the results accessible and compelling to a general computer-security researcher. In particular, authors should bear in mind that anyone on the program committee may be asked to review any paper.
ICSDE – 2023 has been an active platform that provides participants with ample opportunities to establish research relationships, find partners for future collaboration and develop opportunities for cooperation.

We are expecting minimum 50 % of Papers from outside of Iraq. So our conference discount of 10 selected (Good Quality) papers in outside of Iraq will publish in free of charge.

Publication Opportunities
"Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into E3S web Conference (Scopus) subject to meeting E3S Web scope and quality requirements"
E3S Web reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference in two cases: if the paper is not presented at the conference, or if the quality and findings of the paper are not well explored and convincing.
This will be checked by E3S web conference with all accepted papers. Any accepted paper without presenting the work, the paper will be withdrawn from the conference proceeding, and will not be submitted to the E3S web Conferences.

Submission Guide
The submitted paper to the conference must not be previously published, and not considered elsewhere for publication. The submission is electronic and in a DOC format only will be considered. The paper should be designed based on the E3S Web Conference format with no more than 6 pages.
